Position

Kendra Levasseur is an associate in our Intellectual Property Litigation group in Toronto. Kendra’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigation and copyright disputes. She has represented large pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and technology companies in complex patent infringement and impeachment actions and appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

Kendra’s experience in copyright disputes includes work for major Canadian telecommunications companies and international recording artists. Beyond intellectual property, Kendra has been active in Federal Court proceedings involving questions of administrative law and regulatory matters.
