Eversheds Sutherland

Sabīne is an associate working for Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice groups. Sabīne has experience in banking and financial transactions, including in several Baltic scale mergers. She has supported projects related to the merger of credit institutions and investment funds, as well as advised on corporate and compliance issues.

Sabīne holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law, as well as an advanced master’s degree in law and finance from Leiden University, Netherlands (LLM).
