Position
Condon McGlothlen is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Chicago. For the past 20 years, he has helped clients reduce legal risk by improving employment policies and practices. Career
Mr. McGlothlen has been with Seyfarth since 1987, and has been a partner since 1995. He was the lead author of comments on then-proposed regulations under the Americans With Disabilities Act and on amendments to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He has advised the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and various employer associations regarding these and other laws. He has spoken before national bar associations, federal agency conferences, and numerous employer organizations on virtually all aspects of employment law.
