Aset is the managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s Almaty and Astana offices. He concentrates his practice on corporate law and corporate transactions, primarily mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Aset handles transactions in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia involving clients in the oil and gas, banking, capital markets and hospitality industries.
