Manas Chandrashekar is a partner in the debt finance team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Manas has a broad range of experience acting for international and regional sponsors/borrowers on complex international financing transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition and leveraged financings, investment fund financings, and real estate financings. Manas has acted for various leading PE sponsors including BPEA EQT , Partners Group, Bain, Apax, Advent, Warburg Pincus, Brookfield, KKR, Blackstone and Platinum Equity. Manas has extensive experience of financings across Asia, including in particular in India and South East Asia where he has led on a large number of complicated and innovative financings.
