  • Representing DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH in model proceedings on night work supplements and other collectively agreed benefits before various labor courts including the BAG.
  • Advising a large automotive supplier on the termination of its joint venture with an automotive manufacturer and the division of the plants in Germany, France and Great Britain. Advice on the deal structure and the participation rights of the works councils in France and Germany, including a plant closure in Germany.
