Gabriela has a solid background in labor law and gender perspective in the work place. She has experience giving legal advice on matters related to equal pay, gender equality and diversity at work, investigation of sexual harassment claims, hiring of personnel, outsourcings schemes.

Gabriela has participated in due diligence process and labor audits. Additionally, she has participated as attorney in procedures before the Administrative Labor Authority and the judiciary.
