Ines Baca has extensive experience in M&A, corporate law and finance. Among her professional experience we can highlight her work at the Legal Department for Corporate Finance and Capital Markets of Scotiabank, where she actively took part in syndicated loans, project finance, capital markets and securities issuance.

Ines is the responsible partner for Diversity and Inclusion in our Lima office and the Head of the Latin America Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Committee.
