Managing Partner: Excello Law Northern Ireland

Greg is the Managing Partner of Excello’s Northern Ireland office. He has built an impressive 18 year career in Real Estate spanning both London and Belfast, advising institutional investors, developers and property companies on complex, high-value transactions.

Greg’s experience includes landmark redevelopment projects, large-scale investment transactions and strategic portfolio management. Greg has specialist knowledge in acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, development work together with landlord and tenant matters. Greg is particularly noted for his focus on mixed-use development schemes.

Before joining Excello Law, Greg played a pivotal role at A&L Goodbody, shaping the real estate landscape in Belfast. Prior to that, he worked at Nabarro LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna LLP) in London, further strengthening his expertise in the UK property market.

Greg is ranked by Legal 500 (Leading Individual: Commercial Property) and Chambers & Partners (Real Estate: N. Ireland).

Greg is qualified to practice in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
