Mr. Zhou Tao is serving for Grandway Law Offices as a partner and a convenor of internal control committee, and after graduation from Peking University, he has been deeply engaged in fields of securities and capital markets, M&A, and investment and finance for nearly 20 years. During his practice of being a lawyer, Zhou has led and participated in IPO, refinance, M&A, restructuring, asset-backed securitization, and he has broad experience of and expertise in legal matters fields of FMCG, healthcare and pharmaceutical, high-tech and AI, new energy, semiconductor, new material, special equipment manufacturing，urban planning and design, Internet, and other industries.
