Attorney Yang Jie specializes in domestic and overseas initial public offerings, listed company refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, bond issuances, equity incentive plans, investment and financing, as well as ongoing legal services. She holds professional qualifications including independent director certification and a military-related confidentiality credential. Currently, she serves as a core review committee member for two securities firms.

Prior to joining Guofeng, Attorney Yang practiced at Zhejiang T&C Law Firm and Grandall Law Firm (Hangzhou), and also worked in the investment banking division of GF Securities Co., Ltd. With extensive experience in financial and securities law, she has provided legal services across multiple sectors such as private equity funds, public funds, defense-related enterprises, software and IT, internet, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. She has offered IPO legal services for dozens of enterprises including Zhejiang Zhengde Medical and Huace Film & TV, and has undertaken sponsorship and underwriting work for one IPO. Additionally, she has provided ongoing legal services as well as legal support for investment, financing, M&A, restructuring, and refinancing to numerous funds and listed companies such as Harvest Capital, Huarui Holdings, and Zhejiang Daily Media.
