Mr. Xie Jun is a partner of Grandway and an on-the-job Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Law at China University of Political Science and Law. He is an excellent lawyer, especially in the fields of construction engineering, real estate and commercial dispute resolution. He is currently a senior visiting scholar at the College of William & Mary, a visiting professor at Gansu University of Political Science and Law and Gansu Police Vocational College, an arbitrator of Xi’an Arbitration Commission and Xianyang Arbitration Commission, and a legal expert in the expert pool of Shaanxi Provincial Government and Social Capital Cooperation (PPP).

With abundant practical experience in the industry, Mr. Xie has provided legal services for many essential government departments, enterprises and public institutions. As leading lawyer, Mr. Xie was responsible for several important real estate projects’ mergers and acquisitions, and provided legal services for real estate project development and construction. He also provided special legal services for domestic waste harmless treatment and incineration cogeneration PPP projects, sports park PPP projects, etc. Besides, Mr. Xie served as the law agent of many major difficult commercial dispute cases and resolved relevant disputes properly, winning recognition and praise from his clients.
