He Haifeng is a seasoned commercial dispute resolution lawyer and arbitrator, specializing in litigation and arbitration for corporate and financial matters. He has represented clients in numerous high-profile commercial cases. With prior roles at CITIC Securities and JD Finance, he has served as a member of key industry committees, including the Financial Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and relevant committees of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the China Association for Public Companies.

He Haifeng holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He serves as a practice-oriented postgraduate supervisor at law schools such as Renmin University of China Law School and the Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of China University of Political Science and Law. His research focuses on legal policies in corporate and financial sectors. He is the author of the monograph Securities Law Literacy and contributed to the undergraduate textbook Securities Law Studies as well as Easy Reading of the Securities Law, a publication organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He participated in the Supreme People’s Court’s 2020 major judicial research project, “Legal Issues in the Trial of Trust Dispute Cases,” and led NAFMII’s annual research projects in 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as a 2023 research project for the China Association for Public Companies.
