I specialise in commercial and residential property with an emphasis on all landlord and tenant matters. I act for clients on their investment acquisitions and disposals and the financing and refinancing of properties within their portfolios.

I also deal with residential conveyancing, including the conveyancing aspects of collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims, and assist corporate and insolvency colleagues on property related matters.
