Career
Anil holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, where he was a Hearst Foundation scholar, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from NALSAR, Hyderabad. Anil has worked with leading law firms in Delhi and Mumbai and has substantial experience in the areas of capital markets and securities law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York Bar.
Anil has advised some of the largest corporate houses and investment banks in a variety of corporate and capital market transactions, including many cross-border listings. He has also represented clients in a broad variety of securities enforcement actions.
He has co-authored the book ‘Securities Regulation – Primary Market Offerings in India’, which covers the concept of securities and primary market offerings in detail.
