Senior Associate
Helen’s work as a Solicitor involves advising and representing clients on a range of different family matters including divorce, dissolution or nullity proceedings; financial settlements and nuptial agreements; arrangements for children and Children Act applications; and cohabitation disputes.
She is also an all issues, Resolution-trained Mediator, working towards accreditation, which enables her to help those involved in family relationship breakdown or disputes to discuss and negotiate bespoke solutions and options in a cost-efficient and voluntary forum.
As a member of Resolution and the Family Mediation Council, Helen adheres to Codes of Conduct which mean that, as both a Solicitor and a Mediator, she endeavour to minimise conflict in family disputes.
