Atsushi Okada is co-head of the firm’s IP, Data Security, Fintech, Healthcare and AI/IoT practice groups and regularly advises on cutting edge technology issues across industries.

He focuses on international and domestic infringement litigation, licensing, data protection, product liability disputes, cyber security, M&A, and other IP/IT related transactions in a broad range of technical fields (including pharmaceuticals, software, machinery, semiconductors and medical equipment). He is also an expert in privacy and global compliance with data protection laws in Japan, Europe, the U.S. and other Asian countries.
