Independent commercial mediator, specialising in commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors. Mark’s experience covers disputes in commercial contracts, professional negligence, property and construction, family matters, shareholder and partnerships, defamation, fraud, insolvency, insurance, outsourcing, product liability, planning and local government and more.
Career
I started my commercial career having been a regular soldier during the late seventies. for the next 25 years I held important board, senior management and strategic positions in 7-Eleven (Neighbourhood Stores PLC); McLane Company (a division of Wal-Mart) and then as a specialist in negotiation in a number of companies from utility, distribution, outsourcing, oil retail, software, financial services, insurance, and specialist consultancy.
Qualified as a CEDR accredited mediator in 2005 and joined the panel of leading mediators at In Place of Strife.
