Position

I was delighted to join IPOS Mediation, The Mediation Chambers this year as well as maintaining my position on the JAMS panel. My mediation practice has been focused this year on international insurance and reinsurance, insolvency and reconstruction, and shareholder/business disputes. Insurance coverage disputes appear to be on the increase after some quieter years.

Career

I qualified in 1981 as a solicitor and practiced in the City until my retirement as a partner at DLA Piper in 2015. I was for many years a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner. I now also lecture at Queen Mary University, London.
