Emma joined Prettys in 2012, made Associate in 2015, Senior Associate in 2018 and promoted to Partner in 2022. Emma provides advice on all aspects of data protection law and compliance, including international data transfers, policies and procedure, subject access requests and data breaches. Emma also has particular expertise in relation to CCTV and other methods of monitoring.
