Esther is a Solicitor and works in our Dispute Resolution team
Career
She specialises in Employment law, acting for both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal. Esther often advises employers around dealing with disciplinary matters and grievances. She is able to assist with settlement agreements, both drafting them on behalf of employers, and providing independent legal advice to employees.
Esther also has a commercial litigation practice and can advise in relation to breach of contract matters, commercial disputes (including those between shareholders and directors), debt recovery and property disputes.
Esther has a LLB (Hons) from Queen Mary, University of London and completed the LPC at The College of Law, London. She worked as a legal adviser to two large local authorities, and in private practice, before joining Mullis & Peake in November 2017.
Over her 20 years as a qualified solicitor, Esther has dealt with a huge range of clients and issues, and calls upon that experience to find the most pragmatic and effective way to resolve matters, always putting the client first.
