Career

Founding partner Octavio Bofill has dedicated his more than 30 years of practice to corporate matters, especially mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring and insolvency, and capital markets, among others, both at the local and international level. Octavio has also acted in countless major local and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as on behalf of issuers and investors in capital markets operations.

He has been a professor of Commercial Law at the University of Chile for over 20 years. He is also a member of the list of arbitrators at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of the panel of arbitration of concessions agreements at the Ministry of Public Works since 2010.
