Position
Henry is an Associate Solicitor at Osborne & Wise.
Career
Henry completed his training contract with Clyde & Co LLP in London between 2017 and 2019. He gained extensive work experience within employment law, commercial and property litigation and real estate. His training also included a secondment to Deloitte LLP where he worked within the firms quality, risk and security team.
Following the successful in-house secondment, he joined the newly formed employment team at Deloitte Legal as a newly qualified solicitor in 2019. He advised and worked with international companies regarding TUPE, compliance in UK employment law and the management of a comprehensive international review of employment law practices.
In 2020 Henry moved to Exeter, where he worked in the employment team at Stephens Scrown LLP. His role consisted of working across many aspects of employment Law, with both employers and employees. For example: managing employment tribunal claims, HR support, settlement agreements, grievances, redundancy, contracts, restructuring, TUPE and reviewing employment aspects of SPAs and APAs.
Henry joins the progressive team at Osborne and Wise as an associate solicitor.

Intermediate French and intermediate Italian.
Memberships
Henry is a junior Committee member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Education
Henry received a distinction from the Legal Practice course, which he studied at BPP Law School in London in 2017. Shortly before this in 2016, he completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Law at University of Law in Exeter, obtaining a commendation.
Before specialising in Law, Henry obtained a first class History honours degree at Kings College London in 2014.
Personal
Henry loves spending time with his family and enjoys learning Italian (an essential ongoing project since his in-laws speak only Italian).
Leisure
Henry enjoys cycling and running, spending time in nature and playing the guitar.
