Career

Karolina Zarzycka is a legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. She passed her professional exam in 2023 after completing her legal advisor's apprenticeship. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, at the department of the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice, as well as from the Polish-German Law (LL.M.) course conducted jointly with the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder.

She gained professional experience in Wroclaw law firms, specializing in providing services to companies in the fuel industry, finance, automotive industry, agent networks, manufacturing companies, municipal companies and local government units. While still a student, she provided pro bono legal advice as part of the Academic Circle - Student Law Clinic. In 2022 - Member of the Presidium of the Arbitration Court at the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce.

At the Sobota Jachira law firm (with which she has been associated since March 2025), she provides comprehensive legal assistance and corporate advice to business entities, including, among other things, ongoing consultations, creation and review of contracts and preparation of legal opinions. In addition, she represents clients in litigation, mediation and out-of-court negotiations.
