Kornel Kamienik specializes in tax law, with a particular focus on disputes with tax authorities. He represents clients in tax proceedings, customs and tax inspections and cases before administrative courts. He also advises on the liability of board members and tax risk management.

He has been with the Sobota Jachira Law Firm since 2023, and has served as coordinator since 2024. Prior to that, he gained professional experience in law firms, dealing in particular with monetary recovery cases as to both business and consumer liabilities. His practice also includes ongoing legal services for entrepreneurs, inheritance law and labor and social security law.

On a day-to-day basis, he supports clients in widely understood civil law matters and issues of the so-called “franking” lawsuits.
