Adv. Daniel Lippmann is a partner in the Capital Markets Department.
Daniel is an expert in providing legal advice and ongoing support to public and private companies in the fields of securities law, corporate law, and commercial law and accompanies them in their day-to-day commercial activities as well as complex processes in the Israeli capital market, including representing clients before various regulators, such as the Securities Authority and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Daniel has extensive experience in accompanying public companies and bond companies in all matters related to prospectuses, including IPOs, secondary issues and debt raising.
