Career
Recent Experience
Managed and provided legal counsel to an international contractor in two major claims against Kuwait’s largest governmental oil company.
Successfully represented borrowers in multiple syndicated facilities agreements, including a project finance agreement valued at KWD 134 million.
Achieved the nullification of an arbitration clause in litigation involving an international joint venture responsible for executing a major petrochemical project in Kuwait.
Advised and led negotiations with an international contractor, securing USD 15 million in additional compensation for an extension of the project execution period.
Prepared and managed negotiations for several contractors’ claims within the oil and gas sector.
