Mohammad Meslet Abu Raqabah is the Founder and Chairman of MMA Law and one of Kuwait’s most seasoned legal and commercial strategists. His career began in the business world, where he served as the CEO of a publicly listed company on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, giving him a rare blend of practical, commercial, and legal insight that now spans more than two decades. His multidisciplinary experience covers banking and finance, oil and gas, construction, food industries, and information technology, enabling him to bring unmatched industry knowledge to the legal sector.
Mohammad Abu Raqabah has acted as a trusted legal counsel to major entities and international investors seeking to enter or expand in Kuwait and the Middle East, advising on commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters. His deep understanding of Kuwait’s legislative environment positioned him to participate in drafting and amending several impactful laws and regulations—many of which were recently approved by Parliament—particularly those shaping commercial policy and business activity in the country.
