Dawn practises in the field of civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on construction-related disputes. She has acted for and advised major developers, contractors, architects, and engineers in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings and is familiar with all major standard forms of construction and consultancy contract, including PAM, PWD, CIDB, and IEM forms. Dawn is also experienced in contract administration and the drafting and negotiation of project documentation. Quite apart from construction-related matters, Dawn has also handled company and shareholder disputes, defamation claims, contentious probate disputes, restructuring and insolvency proceedings including judicial management, abuse of dominance claims in the aviation sector, and disciplinary proceedings held before the Investigation Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
