Professional liability and financial lines

Laura Kragh primarily deals with professional liability, including liability of lawyers, auditors, estate agents, architects and engineers. Laura Kragh is also experienced in handling cases covered by project liability insurance as well as large linked cases.

Laura Kragh also provides advice within property insurance, recourse/indemnification, general commercial liability, personal injury and insurance law.

Laura Kragh has conducted a large number of court cases, as well as cases before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board (VBA) and the Arbitration Institute.

Laura Kragh is an instructor at Forsikringsakademiet (The Danish Insurance Academy). She also regularly gives lectures.
