Allan Kvist-Kristensen

Allan Kvist-Kristensen deals with national and international product liability cases and property damage, including the law of damages as well as insurance law. Furthermore, Allan Kvist-Kristensen deals with related matters, including environmental insurance, recall, CPI, cybercrime and professional liability. Allan Kvist-Kristensen also advises a number of companies regarding contractual risk management. Allan Kvist-Kristensen is the co-author of Produktansvarsloven med Kommentarer (The Commented Product Liability Act) and has had several articles published in UfR (the Danish weekly law report) and T:BB.

Anne Mette Myrup Opstrup

Anne Mette Myrup Opstrup primarily deals with personal injury cases, including industrial injury (workers compensation claims), accidents, traffic accidents, pension and fraud cases. Anne Mette Myrup Opstrup also provides advice within personal data and GDPR. Anne Mette Myrup Opstrup has conducted a number of leading Supreme Court case Anne Mette Myrup Opstrup is an instructor at Forsikringsakademiet (The Danish Insurance Academy) and serves as external examiner appointed by Advokatsamfundet (The Danish Bar and Law Society) in connection with practical litigation exams.

Jesper Ravn deals with all areas within personal and commercial insurance, including personal and work-related injuries (workers compensation claims), life insurance and pension schemes, as well as all personal insurance types. Jesper Ravn also provides advice regarding compliance and is highly experienced in drawing up insurance terms. Jesper Ravn is considered one of the leading experts in Denmark as regards insurance fraud and has conducted a large number of court cases in this area. Jesper Ravn regularly lectures on insurance law subjects and is an external lecturer at Forsikringsakademiet (The Danish Insurance Academy) and a member of the board of representatives of Danske Advokater (The Association of Danish Law Firms).

Laura Kragh primarily deals with professional liability, including liability of lawyers, auditors, estate agents, architects and engineers. Laura Kragh is also experienced in handling cases covered by project liability insurance as well as large linked cases. Laura Kragh also provides advice within property insurance, recourse/indemnification, general commercial liability, personal injury and insurance law. Laura Kragh has conducted a large number of court cases, as well as cases before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board (VBA) and the Arbitration Institute. Laura Kragh is an instructor at Forsikringsakademiet (The Danish Insurance Academy). She also regularly gives lectures.

Thomas Dall Jensen

Thomas Dall Jensen primarily deals with matters regarding professional liability and directors and officers liability (D&O). He represents real estate agents, attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers and directors and officers. In addition, Thomas Dall Jensen provides advice on matters relating to insurance coverage in such cases. Thomas Dall Jensen teaches and writes articles within the same areas.
