Allan Kvist-Kristensen deals with national and international product liability cases and property damage, including the law of damages as well as insurance law.

Furthermore, Allan Kvist-Kristensen deals with related matters, including environmental insurance, recall, CPI, cybercrime and professional liability.

Allan Kvist-Kristensen also advises a number of companies regarding contractual risk management.

Allan Kvist-Kristensen is the co-author of Produktansvarsloven med Kommentarer (The Commented Product Liability Act) and has had several articles published in UfR (the Danish weekly law report) and T:BB.
