Additional, younger -yet nonetheless key- practice members include Benjamín García (contractual liability, torts, environmental law, estate-related proceedings and construction disputes); and Nicolás Marinovic, who is experienced in land expropriation cases. Public law and administrative proceedings expert Tomás Ruiz-Tagle arrived from a post in the Chilean Government in 2019.
Marinovic & Alcalde Abogados is regularly sought out for high-stakes arbitrations involving public infrastructure/project concessions, construction and engineering, oil and gas, M&A, and trusts and large estates. Providing integral support are fellow name partner Nicolás Marinovic, whose practice regularly includes complex arbitrations; and Benjamin García (a partner since 2019), who also worked with Alcade at PPU and is an appointed arbitrator on the Santiago Court of Appeal arbitration roster.
