Based on his dual qualification, Iulian advised an impressive portfolio of top-tier clients, both multinational and leading domestic companies, regarding complex projects and high profile transactions involving a wide range of practice areas, such as corporate, restructuring, insolvency, commercial, employment, contracts, real estate and dispute resolution areas.

Prior to engaging in PRO LEGAL | Iosif si Asociatii, Iulian was equity Partner with the top-tier Romanian law firm MUSAT & ASOCIATII and Managing Partner of the affiliated insolvency firm MUSAT & ASOCIATII – Restructuring & Insolvency.

​Iulian Iosif is recognized for his experience in handling complex projects and for his capacity to find innovative solutions to sensitive and controversial matters. Based on his extensive knowledge and expertise, Iulian is directly coordinating all of our major projects, heading an elite team of lawyers, restructuring experts and other consultants specialized in high profile transactions, involving in-depth due diligence investigations, risk management issues, corporate and financial restructuring.
