Career

Vincent Fidelle joined Hogan Lovells in 2004 and has worked with both corporate companies and financial institutions in their financial market operations. Vincent’s capability and experience covers a wide range of capital markets transactions, from setting up and updating euro medium-term note (EMTN) programmes, structured and plain-vanilla bond issues to hybrid debts and covered bond issues. Vincent also advises on new regulated activities and regulatory issues relating to the setting up and marketing of financial products – areas that are constantly changing. Given his diverse practice, Vincent has assisted clients from many industry sectors including energy and natural resources, automotive, real estate, financial institutions and insurance.
