Katie Dunn is a senior property litigator and advises clients on issues concerning commercial property. Katie works with both landlords and tenants and has vast experience of dealing with contract disputes, break options, consent applications, service charge disputes, dilapidations, nuisance issues, debt recovery work, and contested and uncontested lease renewals.
Katie routinely deals with possession actions throughout the UK and has secured vacant possession of several high-value properties in Central London from squatters. Katie regularly advises clients on potential constraints to development, such as obtaining vacant possession, rights of light, and other easements.
