With a skill set that takes in all aspects of real estate litigation and dispute resolution, Tim Reid’s long experience has marked him out as having particular knowledge of leasehold enfranchisement (acting for both landlords and tenants), dilapidations, property related insolvency, party wall disputes, and telecommunications. Tim advises property investors and managers, commercial landlords, and tenants in relation to their property interests throughout England and Wales.

He helps clients to plan property developments and manage their real estate assets without falling foul of legal constraints and obstacles such as rights of enfranchisement, restrictive covenants and tenant insolvency, and engages in dispute resolution and litigation to protect his clients’ interests when necessary. Tim speaks regularly at industry events and seminars, and is a qualified insolvency technician.
