Led from London by the ‘vastly experienced’ Robert Fugard, and able to leverage significant international resources across the firm’s global network of offices, Hogan Lovells International LLP‘s ‘knowledgeable’ three-partner team’s principal focus remains on aviation work for a varied mix of lenders and borrowers. Mirroring Fugard’s own practice, the scope of the work is wide-ranging, running the gamut from bank and ECA-supported financings, to tax-enhanced mandates and capital markets-related matters, both from a new money as well as a restructuring context.
