Mirroring Fugard’s own practice, the scope of the work is wide-ranging, running the gamut from bank and ECA-supported financings, to tax-enhanced mandates and capital markets-related matters, both from a new money as well as a restructuring context. The ‘excellent’ Richard Goss is also a key member of the team, particularly as it pertains to lessor-related work. Outside of the aviation sector, senior consultant Shalini Bhuchar  has experience advising on commercial and super yacht financing, while counsel Charles Ford  is noted for his rail work.
