Career
After completing her Masters’ degree in Dutch law (tracks Employment Law and Private Law) in the summer of 2019, Hester van den Dorpel started her career at Shearwaters.
Hester specialises in all aspects of corporate employment law. She advises clients on collective and individual dismissal cases, non-competition clauses, settlement agreement drafting and consultancy contracts. Hester contributes to numerous publications (for example for Thomson Reuters).
