Position

Benno den Teuling is active in all areas of private building law. He particularly focuses on building law litigation with respect to commercial real estate, infrastructure and industry. Benno also has vast experience in the field of real estate law, including in matters such as long leases, building rights and the sale and purchase of immovable property. In addition to building law and property law Benno also specialises in procurement law. He advises both contracting authorities and market parties and assists them in open bidding procedures and related disputes.

Career

From 2001 until 2008 Benno worked as a lawyer at the real estate department of NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. As of 2008 he is one of the partners of Six Advocaten.

Benno is a member of a number of associations relating to his areas of expertise such as the Association of Building law Lawyers (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht-advocaten) and the Dutch Association of Procurement Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht).

Education

Benno completed his studies Dutch Law at the University of Utrecht in 2001. In 2007 he completed the post graduate specialisation course Immovable Property (cum laude) at the Grotius Academy.
