AVERUS advised the owners of Jeruzalės Veterinary Clinic in the successful sale of their business to a local investment fund. The clinic, founded over 30 years ago, has earned a strong reputation in the Lithuanian veterinary sector. AVERUS supported the sellers throughout the transaction—from drafting the letter of intent and preparing the business for sale to negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth closing.
The deal was led by associate partner Lina Taletavičiūtė-Misiūnienė, who represented the sellers, together with associate partner Marius Barisevičius. The clinic continues its operations under the new ownership, maintaining its long-standing presence in the market.

- Gym Plius, Lithuania's largest 24/7 fitness club chain, has acquired VS Fitness, the third largest player in the market. From the latter, it bought 8 gyms. AVERUS associate partner, attorney-at-law Lina Taletavičiūtė-Misiūnienė represented the sellers. The buyer was represented by Ellex Valiunas. The transaction was financed by Estonian investment bank LHV and audited by Deloitte Lietuva. The parties agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction. Before the merger, Gym Plius operated 16 24/7 fitness clubs in Lithuania and VS Fitness - 8 fitness club \\\\\\\
- American fund “X5 TG Acquisition Co” has closed the deal of acquiring a Lithuanian company providing sales CRM solutions. AVERUS has been consulting the buyer throughout the acquisition journey and helped complete the deal up to 1 million euros in value. \\\\\\\
