Ignas Kerbelis is a seasoned attorney with a strong background in international shipping, business, and corporate law. Practicing since 2008, he has accumulated valuable experience while working in one of Lithuania’s largest companies, as well as in municipal and state institutions.

Since joining AVERUS Klaipėda office in 2016, Ignas has advised clients on a broad range of matters, including ship sale and purchase transactions, insurance, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings. He is also experienced in drafting and executing complex commercial contracts and representing clients in administrative and civil cases across all court instances.
