Senior Associate

Milda Simelytė is a senior associate at AVERUS with over a decade of experience in property management and legal advisory. Her practice focuses on corporate law, international contracts, dispute resolution, labor law, and property administration.

Before joining AVERUS, Milda held senior legal positions at major property management companies, including serving as Head of Legal Risk Management at Mano Būstas and Chairwoman of the Legal Committee at the Lithuanian Republican Housing Management and Maintenance Chambers. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Law from Mykolas Romeris University and is a Lithuanian Young Lawyers Association member.
