Vaidas Rakauskas is an Associate Partner and Attorney-at-Law at AVERUS, based in Vilnius. With over a decade of legal experience, he specialises in dispute resolution, criminal defence, and administrative law. Vaidas represents both individuals and corporate clients in complex business disputes, administrative proceedings, and criminal cases, including pre-trial investigations. His clients value his comprehensive knowledge and competencies in commercial and criminal law.

Vaidas began his legal career in 2009 and has held positions at several Lithuanian law firms before joining AVERUS in 2022. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University and is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association, as well as the Administrative Right and Legal Committee of the Bar Council.
