The team has market-leading expertise in civil litigation; arbitration; criminal and corporate investigations; contentious employment matters; restructuring, turnaround and insolvency; business competition and private wealth disputes. The Jakarta practice is led by Debby Sulaiman supported by Prawidha Murti.

Projects and energy: HBT has one of the largest dedicated projects and energy teams focused on Indonesia. With deep relationships with major energy and resources companies in the mining, oil and gas and power sectors, the team has worked on the most significant M&A and financing matters in Indonesia, acting on the most complex mining and natural resources projects.
