Career
Alois Satava worked at leading Czech law firms before joining RANDA HAVEL LEGAL. He has acquired substantial experience throughout his career, especially in the areas of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, financial and banking law and securities law.
Alois Satava provides consultancy to purchasers and sellers within the framework of extensive international and medium-sized acquisitions and sales of companies active in various areas of industry and services, including acquisition financing for these transactions and post-acquisition restructuring. Alois Satava additionally has experience with private equity transactions. Alois Satava has provided legal consultancy in the energy sector and in the area of supplies of technological units and equipment. He has participated in a number of international projects in the area of syndicated loans and bond financing both on the part of debtors and on the part of leading international institutions as creditors. Alois Satava is a member of the team preparing clients for the new general data protection regulation (GDPR).
