Career

Lucie Giret holds a Master’s II in Business Law, with a specialization in European Business Law (University of Paris V), a double Master’s degree in Business Law and Economics (University of Paris I) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (Universidad Autonoma de Madrid). She joined ADVANT Altana in 2017 after having been a senior counsel at De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés.

Lucie specializes in competition, distribution and contract law, in both litigation and advice. She is particularly active in the insurance, consumer goods, new technology and service sectors.

Her main focus of activity remains merger control. Lucie has participated in a very significant number of filings, including Phase-II proceedings, elaboration of undertakings, multijurisdictional proceedings. She has been very active in the past 3 years on all issues related to gun-jumping, conception of clean-teams and reinforced NDAs and information exchange.
