Position

Peter van Dijk, partner, lawyer and tax lawyer at BUREN, specializes in assisting foreign investors or Dutch-based internationally operating groups. He has a special focus on Germany, CEE and Japan. Furthermore, his expertise is assisting internationally operating groups with various M&A transactions and starting and developing (cross-border) activities. Peter advises multinationals, listed companies and SME’s.
