Position

Friederike Henke, lawyer (advocaat and Rechtsanwältin) at BUREN, heads BURENs German Desk. She specializes in international corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings. Friederike advises multinationals and midsized companies in (international) transactions and in their day-to-day legal work. In that respect, she regularly works with lawyers from abroad.

Memberships

Friederike is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association, the German lawyers association DAV (Deutscher Anwaltverein) and the DAV-Nederland of which she is the treasurer. She is also an active member of the international lawyers’ association AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and one of the co-chairs of its half year conference to be held in The Hague in 2023. Friederike is also one of the permanent editors of the Dutch Journal “Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht” (Business Law Case Law).
